Der gemütliche "Gasthof- Strausberg- Nord" hat Mitte November 2007 in der umgebauten historischen Bahnhofshalle von Strausberg seine Pforten eröffnet. Er verfügt über 9 Gästezimmer, die im alten englischen Stil eingerichtet sind, einen Konferenzraum mit Platz für etwa 25 Gäste sowie eine umfangreiche Gastronomie, bestehend aus Restaurant, Bistro und zwei Terrassen. Das mit vielen kleinen Details eingerichtete, hoteleigene Restaurant dient nicht nur zur Verpflegung der Hotelgäste, sondern kann auch für Feiern jeglicher Art genutzt werden. Strausberg hat seinen Besuchern mit seiner wunderschönen Landschaft und den vielen klaren Seen in der Umgebung viel zu bieten. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Tagestouren ins Umland ist der Gasthof ideal gelegen. Ziele wie die Märkische Schweiz oder das Oderbruch sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen.
